Hi, my name is Carla Giambelli. I was born on February 23, 2008. I am Italian and I live in Concorezzo.
What languages do you speak?
I speak Italian, Spanish, and English.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was 4 years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
Yes, my father used to play tennis.
In which club do you train?
I train at Villa Reale di Monza.
Who is your coach?
My coach is Duvier Medina.
What is your weekly training routine?
I train every day, both in the morning and in the afternoon, working on tennis and physical preparation.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My main strengths are my forehand and my fighting spirit on court. I need to improve my mental strength.
What is your age category?
I compete in the U18 category.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
I won the European Championships in the U16 category and I achieved a WTA ranking at 17 years old, winning matches against players already ranked around No. 400 WTA.
