What is your name, birthdate, nationality, residence?
My name is Nicole Polano. I am 15 years old and I was born in 2011. I am Italian and I am from Rome, Italy.
What languages do you speak?
I speak Italian and English.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis at the age of seven.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
My brother used to play tennis, but he has stopped now. My father is a big tennis fan and plays occasionally.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at Forum Sport Center in Rome.
Who are your coaches?
My tennis coaches are Gabriele Lumera and Fabrizio Fanucci, while my athletic trainers are Pol Gerbaudo and Marta Sagratella.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My strong point is my serve, and I am continuing to work on improving my game.
What is your age category and national ranking?
My age category is Under 16, and my Italian ranking is 2.8.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
My greatest successes so far include reaching the Kinder Under 14 Masters at the Italian Forum, reaching the quarterfinals at the Under 14 Master Next Gen in Turin, and reaching the semifinals at the Tennis Europe Under 14 tournament in Palma de Mallorca with my friend Elisa Abriola. A few days ago, I also won my first Open tournament.

I have played tournaments in Italy, Spain, Austria, and Poland.
What equipment brands do you currently use, and are you sponsored by any of them?
For shoes and clothing, I mainly use Nike, but Nike is not a sponsor.
What is your next goal?
My next goal is to start playing ITF tournaments.
What is your tennis dream?
My tennis dream is to play against a Top 10 player in the world.
Who is your favorite player and why?
My favorite player is Flavio Cobolli because he never gives up.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
Outside of tennis, I like hanging out with my friends.
