Hi, my name is Viola Bedini. I am 19 years old. I was born on February 2, 2007. I am Italian and I am from Milan.
What languages do you speak?
I speak Italian, English, and Spanish fluently, and I am currently working on improving my French.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis at the age of 8.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
No, I am the only one in my family who plays tennis.
In which club do you train?
I train at the Piatti Tennis Center.
Who is your coaching team?
My coach is Anna Turati and my fitness trainer is Michele Ferella.
What is your weekly training routine?
I train every day except Sunday, with 3 hours of tennis and 3 hours of fitness.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My best shot is my backhand, and one of my greatest qualities is my determination and competitive spirit. I still need to improve my attitude in difficult moments.
What is your ranking?
My best junior ranking was No. 213, and I am currently ranked No. 1460 in the WTA rankings.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
My biggest achievements so far are winning the Italian U16 Championships and my first ITF Junior title.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
I have played tournaments all over the world, including Europe, South America, and Africa.

What is your goal for 2026?
My goal for 2026 is to improve my WTA ranking and play as many matches as possible.
What is your tennis dream?
My dream is to win the US Open.

I would like to meet Serena Williams because I believe she is the greatest tennis player of all time and I admire her a lot.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
Outside of tennis, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, going to the beach, and being with my dogs.
