My name is Mariah Rodrigues Pergher. I am 11 years old and I was born on August 13, 2014. I am Brazilian and I live in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
What languages do you speak?
I speak Portuguese, and I am learning English and Spanish.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was seven years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
Yes, my father plays tennis.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at NKC Tennis.
What is your coaching team?
My training team is NKC, and I compete in the 12F category.
What is your weekly training routine?
I train from Monday to Saturday, three hours per day, including two hours on court and one hour of physical training.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
I have a good forehand and I like to play aggressively. I need to improve my leg agility.
What is your age category and national ranking?
I compete in the 12F category and I am ranked No. 40 nationally.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
I was champion of a G2 tournament, runner-up in a G1 tournament, and I am playing the Copa das Federações for Tocantins. I have also been No. 2 in Minas Gerais and No. 21 in the national ranking.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
I have trained in Argentina, but it was only for training.
Do you have any sponsors?
I do not have any sponsors.
What is your goal for 2026?
My goal for 2026 is to play the Copa and recover from the foot injury I had.

My tennis dream is to become a professional athlete and play Wimbledon.

I would most like to meet Serena Williams because of her fighting spirit and intelligence in the way she plays.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
Outside of tennis, I like watching series, dancing, making ceramics, cooking, going to the mall with my friends, and travelling.
