Introduce yourself: Name, Age, Date of Birth, Nationality, City of Residence
My name is Lila Blondeel. I am 13 years old and I was born on June 9, 2013. I am French and I live in Houplines, near Lille, France.

I speak French.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was four years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
Yes, my whole family plays tennis.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at Tennis Club de Lomme and with the Ligue des Hauts-de-France.
What is your coaching team?
I have several tennis coaches and two physical trainers.
What is your weekly training routine?
I train around four hours per day, sometimes a little more, and I also do one hour of physical training.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My biggest strength is my hand skills. I can do many things on court, including drop shots. I still need to improve many things, because tennis is never perfect.

My age category is U14, but I also play some U16 tournaments. My French ranking is 3/6.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
I have won two European doubles titles: one in U12 in Austria and one in U14 in Germany. I reached the quarterfinals in U16 in Belgium. I was French team champion with my club and French doubles runner-up in 2024 and 2025. I was also part of the French U12 team at Les Petits As, where I qualified through the national stage and won a round internationally. This year, I was also a ball girl at Roland Garros.

What is your tennis dream?
My dream is to win Roland Garros and become World No. 1.
Which player would you most like to meet and why?
I would like to meet Carlos Alcaraz because he is my favorite player. I love what he produces on court, his mentality, his game, and his hand skills. I would like to ask him about his journey and ask him to play with me.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
Outside of tennis, I love seeing my family and friends. Since I am homeschooled, I do not see my friends very often, so when I have time, I try to see them as much as possible.

I would like to thank my coaches, the Ligue des Hauts-de-France, my family, my friends, and my sponsor Dunlop, who supports me in my project. Thank you also to Tennis Papers.
