My name is Ekaterina Baldina. I am 13 years old. I was born on March 21, 2013. I am Russian and I live in Moscow.
What languages do you speak?
I speak Russian and English.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis at 5 years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
Yes, my father is a tennis coach and my mother has also played tennis since she was a child.
In which club do you train?
I train at Tennis Club “Impuls” in Mytishchi, Moscow region.
Who are the members of your team?
My team includes Alexander Baldin, Eugenia Kulikovskaya, Tatiana Kuznetsova, and Vitalii Salenko.
What is your weekly training routine?
Every day during the week, I have 1 or 2 tennis practices and 3 fitness sessions. I also do stretching and massage during the training week.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My greatest strength is that in any match situation I try to stay calm, remain focused on my goals, and fight until the end of the match.
What is your age category and your ranking?
I play in the U15 category and my best national ranking is No. 83.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
I won a tournament in singles and doubles in Bryansk (Category 3A).
In which countries have you played tournaments?
I have played tournaments in Russia and Belarus.

No, I do not have any sponsors yet.
What is your goal for 2026?
My goal for 2026 is to win a Tennis Europe U14 tournament.
What is your tennis dream?
My dream is to play like Rafael Nadal and hopefully practice with him one day.
Which players would you most like to meet and why?
I would be happy to meet Jannik Sinner and Rafael Nadal because I like the way they play and their behavior on court. I would like to understand how they manage difficult moments during matches.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
I love making things with my hands. For example, I am currently making roses from textile. I also enjoy collecting diamond mosaic.
