My name is Clara Vicol. I am 14 years old and I was born in 2012. My parents are Romanian, but I am from Canada and currently live there.
What languages do you speak?
I speak English, French, Spanish, and Romanian.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis at around three years old. It was a passion I developed very early, although no one in my family plays.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
No, no one in my family plays tennis.
In which tennis club do you train?
I currently train with Tennis Canada and my personal coach.
What is your coaching team?
I train with Tennis Canada and my personal coach.
What is your weekly training routine?

What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My greatest strength in tennis is my backhand down the line, and I need to improve my skills at the net.

What have been your greatest successes so far?
My greatest successes have been reaching the quarterfinals at a Super Category tournament in Sweden, representing my country at the World Championships, winning Canadian Nationals in singles and doubles, and making the doubles final of a J30 tournament.
