My name is Anezka Drapelova. I am 13 years old, born on October 18, 2012. I am from the Czech Republic and I live in Hamry nad Sázavou.
What languages do you speak?
I speak Czech.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis at the age of 9.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
No, no one else in my family plays tennis.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at TJ Žďár nad Sázavou.
What is your coaching team?
My coaching team includes Radek Z., Radek S., and Lukáš Č.
What is your weekly training routine?
My weekly training routine includes 1.5 hours on Monday, 2 hours on Tuesday, and 2 hours on Wednesday.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My biggest strength is probably my forehand. I need to improve my serve and sometimes my backhand.
What is your age category and ranking?
I compete in the older students category. I am ranked No. 56 in the South Moravian Region and No. 311 in the Czech Republic.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
In 2024, I finished second in doubles and won my first cup. In 2026, I earned two silver medals and two bronze medals in doubles, which were my first medals.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
So far, I have only played tournaments in the Czech Republic.
Do you have any sponsors?
I do not have sponsors yet, but I would like to have some one day.
What is your goal for 2026?
My goal for 2026 is to win doubles and singles tournaments. I would especially like to win my first medal or cup in singles.
What is your tennis dream?
My dream is to become a professional tennis player, win Roland Garros, and play for the TK Sparta Prague.
Which player would you most like to meet and why?
I would like to meet Tereza Valentová because she is my role model. I would love to give her my drawings, get her autograph, and take a photo with her.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
Outside of tennis, I often draw with crayons and paint on canvas. I also like going out with my friends.
