What is your name, birthdate, nationality, residence?
My name is Anaya Abbasi. I was born in March 2014. I am British and I live in England, United Kingdom.
What languages do you speak?
I speak English, and I am also learning Spanish.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was four years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
Yes, my younger brother Isaac also plays competitive tennis.
In which city do you train?
I train mainly in Chichester, West Sussex.
Who are your coaches?
My parents are my main coaches. I have also been lucky to have many great coaches help me and my game along the way.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My greatest strength is my serve. The main thing I want to improve is my mindset, especially staying positive and focused throughout matches.
What is your age category and national ranking?
I am an LTA 12U player, and my career-high 12U national ranking is No. 5 in Great Britain.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
My greatest successes so far include reaching the semifinals of eight National Championships, winning an 18U Grade 3, a 16U Grade 3, multiple 14U Grade 3 titles, becoming 14U County Champion, and reaching a Tennis Europe international final.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
I have competed in Great Britain, Montenegro, and Norway.

My favorite player is Serena Williams because she is the GOAT.
