My name is Alp Sahin. I am 10 years old and I was born on May 4, 2016. I am Turkish and I live in Istanbul, Türkiye.
What languages do you speak?
I speak English and Turkish.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was four and a half years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
My mom plays tennis, but not professionally.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at TED Sports Club.
What is your coaching team?
My coach is Kadir Acikalin.
What is your weekly training routine?
I train at least 15 hours per week.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My greatest strength is my forehand. The area I need to improve is my backhand slice.
What is your age category and ranking?
I compete in the U10 and U12 categories.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
My greatest achievements so far include competing in the National U10 Championships at several cups and finishing third in the Ten-Pro U11 tournament.
