My name is Yeva Girnyk. I was born on September 22, 2013. I am Ukrainian and I am from Kyiv, Ukraine.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was almost 4 years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
No, I am the only tennis player in my family.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at Sport Villa Grays Club.
What is your coaching team?
My team includes a tennis coach, a fitness coach, a psychologist, and my mom.
What is your weekly training routine?
I practice tennis 6 times a week and do physical training 4 times a week.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My strongest shot is my forehand. I want to improve every part of my game little by little.
What is your age category and national ranking?
I compete in the U14 category even though I am only 12 years old. I am currently ranked No. 7 in the Ukrainian U14 national rankings.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
I have won many tournaments in different countries. One of my most memorable experiences was participating in the Carlos Moyà festival at Rafa Nadal Academy.
Do you have any sponsors?
Yes, I have a sponsorship package from HEAD, and my club also supports my training.
What is your goal for 2026?
My goal is to win a Category 1 tournament and earn a place in a tennis academy.
What is your tennis dream?
My dream is to reach the Top 10 of the WTA rankings.

I would love to meet Alexander Bublik because I simply like him.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
Outside of tennis, I love making different things with my hands.
