What is your name, birthdate, nationality, residence?
My name is Yasmina Barakeh. I was born on April 9, 2011. I am Lebanese and I am based in Jordan.
What languages do you speak?
I speak English, French, and Arabic, and I am learning Spanish.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis at the age of five.
In which tennis academy do you train?
I train at Base Tennis Academy in Amman, Jordan.
Who are your coaches?
My tennis coach is Saif Adas, my mental coach is Ruwa Farouki, and my fitness coaches are Marc Hajj and Jude Madani.
What is your greatest strength as a player?
My biggest strength as a player is my discipline and determination.
What is your age category and national ranking?
My age category is U16, and I do not have a national ranking because Jordan does not have a ranking system.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
My greatest successes so far include reaching three ATF U14 finals, reaching the semifinal of another ATF tournament in Qatar, and winning a UTR event in both the U14 and U16 categories.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
I have played tournaments in Lebanon, Jordan, Qatar, and Turkey.

I have been using Wilson as my racket brand since I first started playing tennis. I am currently sponsored by LOTTO Amman, Tribe Fit, for clothing.
What is your next goal?
My next goal is to win an international tournament.
What is your tennis dream?
My tennis dream is to be able to compete in the Olympic Games and Grand Slam tournaments.
Who is your favorite player and why?
My favorite player is Novak Djokovic. I love his determination and the way he never gives up.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
Outside of tennis, I like spending time with my family and friends.
