My name is Viggo Vest. I am 13 years old and I was born on April 30, 2013, in Denmark. I live in Copenhagen.
What languages do you speak?
I speak Danish and English.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was eight years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
My parents both play tennis for fun.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at Virum-Sorgenfri Tennisklub.
What is your coaching team?
My coaches are Christopher Raben and Stefana Marsenic.
What is your weekly training routine?
I train four days a week after school for one and a half hours. On Monday, I do physical training at home, and on Wednesday I also do physical training with my team after practice. I also have one private lesson each week.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My greatest strengths are my serve and my tactical game. I need to improve my stability and footwork.
What is your age category and ranking?
I play in the 14U category, although I am one year younger. I am in the Top 20 among boys born in 2013.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
My biggest success so far has been reaching many finals, which I have yet to win.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
I have played tournaments in Denmark and Sweden.
Do you have any sponsors?
No sponsors yet, but hopefully soon.
What is your goal for 2026?
My goal is to win a final and to win the national team championship with my team.
What is your tennis dream?
First, I want to play college tennis and then go professional.
Which player would you most like to meet and why?
I have already met Holger Rune, but I would love to meet Novak Djokovic.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
Outside of tennis, I love travelling and playing with my dog. I also play a lot of table tennis at home.

I would like to dedicate this interview to my coaches and my mom, who is always taking me around the country to tournaments.
