My name is Tita Eva Lunder. I was born in 2012 and I am 14 years old. I come from Ljubljana, Slovenia. Slovenia is a small country, but I believe that even great stories can come from small places.
What languages do you speak?
I speak Slovenian and English. I enjoy learning new languages because I believe sport connects people all over the world and opens doors to new friendships, cultures, and experiences.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was 4 years old. From the very first moment I held a racket, I felt a special energy, and tennis became a part of who I am.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
Yes, my brother, Mark Iztok Lunder, is an excellent tennis player who was a national champion and winner of several Tennis Europe tournaments. My family gives me incredible support and strength every day.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at Rafa Tennis Club, where I continue to grow both as a player and as a person.
What is your coaching team?
My biggest supporters are my father and my brother, while my mother is my emotional support. Together, my family forms the heart of my tennis journey.
What is your weekly training routine?
My training schedule is very intense and includes tennis practice, fitness, flexibility, mental preparation, and recovery. I also dedicate significant time to school, where I especially enjoy mathematics.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My biggest strength is my fighting spirit. I never give up and always believe I can come back. I want to continue improving my physical strength and consistency at the highest level.
What is your age category and national ranking?
I compete in my own age group as well as older categories among Slovenia’s top players. I am part of the Slovenian national team and with the upcoming rankings, I will be ranked No. 1 in Slovenia.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
My biggest achievements include winning five national championship titles and reaching three Tennis Europe finals. Every success reflects years of dedication and hard work.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
I have competed in various countries across Europe, gaining valuable international experience and motivation.
Do you have any sponsors?
Yes, I currently have a contract with Babolat Slovenia, and I hope to build more partnerships in the future.
What is your goal for 2026?
My goal for 2026 is to achieve even greater international success, break into the highest European level, and perform consistently in major tournaments.
What is your tennis dream?
My dream is to become the best tennis player in the world, win Grand Slam titles, and inspire young athletes globally.
Which players would you most like to meet and why?
I would love to meet Carlos Alcaraz because of his discipline, mental strength, and self-belief. I would also love to talk to Maria Sharapova, as people say I resemble her a little.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
Outside of tennis, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and especially studying mathematics.
