My name is Milana Appolonova. I am 14 years old and I was born on October 15, 2011. I am Russian and I live in Moscow, Russia.
What languages do you speak?
I speak Russian and English.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis at the age of 6.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
No, I am the only tennis player in my family.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at Spartak Academy.
What is your coaching team?
My team consists of four tennis coaches and a general physical training coach.
What is your weekly training routine?
I train every day with several hours of tennis practice and complete special physical exercises four times a week.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My biggest strength is my left-handed game. I would like to improve my serve.

I compete in the U16 category and I am currently ranked No. 233.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
My biggest achievements so far include reaching two quarterfinals at ITF J30 tournaments.
