The MED Rising Stars Masters 2026 will bring together standout junior players from the international Rising Stars Tour for the season finale at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca, Spain, from December 11–15, 2026.
What Is the MED Rising Stars Masters?
The Rising Stars Masters is the final event of the MED Rising Stars Tour season.
Hosted at the Rafa Nadal Academy, the tournament brings together selected junior players who have progressed through the international Rising Stars pathway for a final competition in Mallorca.
The official event presentation describes the Masters as a celebration of the season’s strongest performances, competitive spirit and international player diversity.
Beyond the competition itself, Rising Stars also intends the Masters to provide players with additional visibility and opportunities to connect with academies, agents and professionals from across the tennis industry.
Dates and Location
The 2026 MED Rising Stars Masters will take place:
December 11–15, 2026
Rafa Nadal Academy — Mallorca, Spain
The first matches are scheduled to begin on December 11, while the closing ceremony is planned for December 15 at 15:30.


Age Categories
The Masters will be played across four junior categories:
- U14
- U12
- U10
- U9
Each category is planned for eight players.
The U14, U12 and U10 competitions use regular yellow balls, while the U9 category is played with green-dot balls.
Tournament Format
Competition begins with a round-robin group stage, with eight players per category divided into two groups of four.
Players compete within their group before progressing to the knockout phase, with the leading players advancing to the semifinals and then the final.
Each player is guaranteed a minimum of five singles matches during the Masters.
Singles matches are played:
- Best of three sets
- Sets to six games
- Super tie-break in the third set
Players are also eligible to participate in the doubles competition.
The Road to Mallorca
The Masters represents the final destination of the international MED Rising Stars Tour.
The official 2026 materials identify Tour events in:
Miami · Barcelona · Mallorca · Stockholm · Hong Kong · Antalya · Orlando
and state that qualification comes through performances on the Tour alongside selected wildcard opportunities.
The official player application also confirms that selection for the Masters may come through qualification, scouting or wildcard invitation.

Players may also submit an application for consideration for the Masters.

- date of birth and nationality
- academy or club
- current coach
- ranking or UTR
- recent results

Players are also invited to explain their strengths, areas for improvement and motivation for participating in the Masters.
Completing the application does not guarantee participation, with selection potentially taking place through qualification, scouting or wildcard invitation.
