I’m Ion Lazarev. I am 11 years old. I was born on June 19, 2014. I am Moldavian and I live in Chișinău.
What languages do you speak?
I speak Russian, English, Romanian, and French.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis at 5 years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
Yes, my mom plays tennis.
In which club do you train?
I train at National Tennis Center.
What is your coaching team?
My team includes my tennis coach, fitness coach, and massage therapist.
What is your weekly training routine?
On Monday I do morning sparring. On Tuesday I have an evening group session. On Wednesday I do morning sparring. On Thursday I have an evening group session. On Friday I do morning sparring and an evening group session. On Saturday I have a morning group session, afternoon personal training, and evening massage. Sunday is my rest day.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My greatest strengths are my serve and forehand, and I always work at 100%.
What is your age category and your ranking?
I am 11 years old and I am currently ranked No. 4 in Moldova.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
My greatest success so far is winning a doubles tournament in Moldova.

I have played in Romania, Moldova, Cyprus, Armenia, Ireland, and the Netherlands.

My dream is to be in the ATP Top 10 and to win Wimbledon and Roland Garros.

I would most like to meet Ben Shelton because I like his game and he is my favorite player.

I enjoy writing books about love and playing video games.
