My name is Fredi Davis Higgins. I am 15 years old and I was born in 2011. I am from Somerset, England.
What languages do you speak?
I speak English, Spanish, and a little French.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was three years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
My dad and granddad played tennis, but not professionally.
In which tennis club do you train?
I am currently training at Juan Carlos Ferrero Academy.
What is your coaching team?
My coaching team consists of my tennis coach, fitness coach, psychologist, nutritionist, and physiotherapist.
What is your weekly training routine?
I do around 20 hours of tennis and 20 hours of fitness per week.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My biggest strengths as a player are my forehand, speed, and discipline. What I need to improve is not staying in mental frustration and overcoming it quicker.
What is your age category and national ranking?
I compete in the U16 category. My national ranking is currently either lost or very high, as I have just come back from an injury and played around nine tournaments in the last year and a half.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
My greatest success was probably finishing fourth with my Millfield team at nationals out of 5,500 teams.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
I have played tournaments in Spain, England, and Ireland.

What is your goal for 2026?
My goal for 2026 is to do well in Marca tournaments and to earn ITF points.

My dream is to be World Number One and win many Grand Slams.

The player I would most like to meet is Alex de Minaur, as I feel he would give me good advice and insights about the ATP Tour.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
Outside of tennis, I enjoy playing football and I really like fashion.

I would dedicate this interview to my parents and grandparents because without them, I would not be who I am today.
