My name is Roman Alexander Platzer. I am 10 years old and I was born on January 27, 2016. I am Austrian and I live in Graz, Austria.
What languages do you speak?
I speak German and English.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was six years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
No, I am the first tennis player in my family.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at GAK Graz.
What is your coaching team?
My coaches are Tamara Tomic and Thomas Häusler.
What is your weekly training routine?
My weekly routine includes four tennis training sessions, one free play session, two athletics sessions, and two swimming sessions.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My strength is my acceleration, especially with my backhand. I need to improve my focus consistency.
What is your age category and national ranking?
I am national No. 1 in Austria in U10, and I have already started playing U12.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
My greatest successes so far include finishing runner-up at the Smrikva Bowl 2026, becoming Styrian champion U11, and becoming national champion U10.

Outside of tennis, I love all kinds of sports, like swimming and playing soccer with friends. I also love arts and crafting.
