Hello, introduce yourself please.

Hello, my name is Patrik Boros, I am 10 years old, I was born on December 3, 2015.
I am Romanian and I live in Oradea, Romania.

What languages do you speak?

I speak Hungarian, Romanian, and English.

At what age did you start playing tennis?

I started playing tennis at age 4.

Are there other tennis players in your family?

My brother (Christian) is also a tennis player, and my father (Imi Boros) is a coach. My mother plays for fun.

In which club do you train?

I train in Oradea, at the TCB Tennis Club.

Who are your coaches?

My team consists of:

  • Tennis Coach: Imi Boros
  • Physical Trainer: Dana Marinau
  • Physiotherapist: Nicu Horga
  • Massage Therapist: Renata Boros
What is your weekly training routine?

I have 5 tennis training sessions per week, 2 physical training sessions, 2 physiotherapy sessions, 2 swimming lessons, and 2 massage sessions.

What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?

My greatest strengths are perseverance and composure during matches. I need to improve my competitiveness.

What is your age category and your national ranking?

I finished in the top 20 nationally in the U10 category and I just started in the U12 category.

What have been your greatest successes so far?

My biggest successes so far are:

  • 2nd place and a double title in Tenerife (MED WTC)
  • two 2nd places in Mallorca (MED WTC)
  • 2nd place in Bulgaria (JWTS)
In which countries have you played tournaments?

I have played in Romania, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, Bulgaria, Italy, Hungary, and Croatia.

Do you have any sponsors?

No, I don’t have any sponsors.

What is your goal for 2026?

To be healthy, to be able to continue training and improving! I have several important national and international tournaments on my calendar, where I would like to play at my best, be in top form, and achieve good results.

What is your tennis dream?

To become a professional player and be able to enjoy it for as long as possible.

Who are your favorite tennis players?

Rafael Nadal

What do you enjoy outside of tennis?

I really enjoy skiing and playing with Lego building sets.
