My name is Oliver Cheng. I am 11 years old. I was born on January 13, 2015. I am Canadian and I live in Toronto, Canada.
What languages do you speak?
I speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis at 7 years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
No.
In which club do you train?
I currently play at Richmond Hill Country Club.
Who are the members of your team?
Patrick Anorin, Gino Octa, and Kervin Ramos.
What is your weekly training routine?
I train in group sessions, take one private lesson, and also train with my dad.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My greatest strength is that I can play a variety of styles and handle different types of opponents. I need to improve my control over negative emotions during matches.
What is your age category and your ranking?
I play in the U12 category. My national ranking is No. 8, and I am No. 1 nationally among players born in 2015.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
I have just won both singles and doubles at the Provincial Championship tournament.

Outside of tennis, I enjoy reading, playing piano, track and field, and collecting PokΓ©mon cards.
