I speak Serbian, English, and Russian.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis at the age of four.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
Yes, my younger brother — Sergej Njegoš Pešić — is a junior tennis player. He is the most talented player I have ever seen, and he was officially the best in Serbia in 2025 in two categories: under 8 and under 10 orange level.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at home with my father.
Who are your coaches?
My coaches are my father Dejan Pešić and Zaga Aleksandrić from Tennis Club Partizan.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My technique is solid, but there is always room for improvement.
What is your age category and national ranking?
I am still 12 years old, and in June this year I reached No. 1 in U14 and No. 2 in U16 in the official Serbian national rankings. Before that, I was No. 1 in U10 and U12 in Serbia and Montenegro.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
I am most proud of being chosen to represent Serbia at European national team competitions. I was also national champion in Montenegro and won a Tennis Europe tournament title, even though I played only one Tennis Europe tournament in 2025 and just one in 2026.

My favorite players are Novak Djokovic and Elena Rybakina because they know what fair play is. They are respectful and honest on the court, and hard-working off the court. I also admire Novak for his patriotism.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
Outside of tennis, I love reading books. I also like playing with my brothers, my friends, my cat Rafa, and my dogs — Djoker, Monica and Arina — and spending time with my family.
