Nathanaël Zwang Siarnowski | Interview, January 2026

Hello, introduce yourself please.

My name is Nathanaël Zwang Siarnowski. I am 13 years old (born on January 24, 2013).
I am French. My team is based in the HDN Academy in the South of France.

What languages do you speak?

French and I am studying English intensely to be ready for the international tour.

At what age did you start playing tennis?

I started at 5 years old. But I decided to dedicate my life to it when I was 7.

Are there other tennis players in your family?

Yes, my little sister Marianne (11 years old). We built “Team ZWG” together. She pushes me, and I guide her.

In which club do you train?

I am licensed at the HDN Tennis Club (HDN Academy).

Who are your coaches?

It is a family project managed by my parents, with the technical support and expertise of the HDN Academy coaches.

What is your weekly training routine?

My schedule is optimized thanks to homeschooling (CNED).

  • 15 hours of Tennis
  • 5 hours of Physical conditioning
  • 5 hours of Injury prevention (Yoga/Stretching)

I am also 2 years ahead in school (9th grade / 3ème), so I have to be very organized!

What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?

Quality: My tactical sense. I have been playing on the Senior (Adult) circuit since I was 10, so I learned to play smart against stronger opponents.
To improve: My physical power. I grew a lot recently, so I need to consolidate my body to hit harder.

What is your age category and national ranking?

I am in the U14 category. My French ranking is 15/2.

What have been your greatest successes so far?

Winning the Departmental Championship title and managing to compete against adults every week.

In which countries have you played tournaments?

France for now. My goal is to start traveling for Tennis Europe tournaments soon.

Do you have any sponsors?

Yes, I am lucky to have great partners:

  • HEAD (I play with the Boom MP)
  • Lobster Sports
What is your goal for 2026?

To reach the “Second Series” ranking in France and enter the Tennis Europe U14 circuit.

What is your tennis dream?

To become world number 1.

Who are your favorite tennis players?

Andre Agassi, for his style and history.

What do you enjoy outside of tennis?

I love Breakdance, Athletics, and Chess. It helps with coordination and strategy!

Who would you like to dedicate this interview to?

To “Team ZWG” (my parents and sister) because we share this “Make It Work” mentality together.

Nathanaël , thank you for the interview 🙌
