My name is Mina-Sophie Yildirim. I am 13 years old and I was born on November 7, 2012. I am German, with Turkish and Kurdish origins, but my parents and I were born in Germany. I live in Göttingen, Germany.
What languages do you speak?
I speak German, English, and a bit of Spanish.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was nine or ten years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
I am the first tennis player in my family. We only have footballers.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at Tennis und Sky Club Göttingen.
What is your coaching team?
My coach is Iago Almedia.
What is your weekly training routine?
I do tennis four times per week, fitness twice per week, and physio once per week. On weekends, I play tournaments.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My strength is my attacking forehand, and I need to improve staying more positive.
