My name is Luiza Levonovna Meltonyan. I am 11 years old and I was born on April 2, 2015. I am currently a Russian citizen, and I also have the opportunity to obtain dual citizenship of the Republic of Armenia through my parents. I live in Lyubertsy, Moscow Oblast.
What languages do you speak?

At what age did you start playing tennis?
I first picked up a racket at the age of two and a half at the Kremlin Cup in Moscow, and I began training at the age of four.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
My dad started my tennis journey with me from the very beginning and now coaches me and some of my friends.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at the Moscow Tennis Academy, Eastern Division, on a state-funded scholarship that I earned through my results.
What is your coaching team?
I have two coaches at the Moscow Tennis Academy: Egor Romanovich Shutov, who trains me in the group, and my dad, Levon Valerievich Meltonyan, with whom I work on technique, corrections, and physical training.
What is your weekly training routine?
My training process lasts around 17 to 18 hours or more per week, not including tournaments. I train two hours four times a week in the group, have sparring sessions, and in the summer I also train early in the morning with my dad to work on technique, serves, and general physical training.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My greatest strengths are my fighting spirit, discipline, and love for competition. I continue working hard every day on my technique, serve, physical strength, and overall game.
What is your age category and ranking?
In 2026, I compete in the U12 category. I have been playing with the yellow ball for seven months and I am currently ranked No. 157 in the 2014 and 2015 age categories.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
At the Orange Ball in 2023, I won 24 tournaments, finished runner-up 14 times, and placed third four times. I also won the School Tennis League Finals, was ranked No. 1 in the School Tennis League for nine months, finished 31st in the U10 Russian Tennis Tour in 2025, won the Green Ball Finals at Ostrovsky Academy, and earned a one-year contract with HEAD. I have also won several U10 and U12 titles and podium finishes.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
So far, I have played tournaments in Russia, mainly in Moscow and the Moscow region, as well as in Ryazan and Tula. I have not competed outside Russia yet.
Do you have any sponsors?
At the moment, I have a one-year contract with HEAD, which supplies me with rackets and related equipment. I am actively looking for additional sponsors to support my development and international tournament travel.
What is your goal for 2026?
My goal is to continue improving, prepare for bigger tournaments, and build the level needed to compete internationally in the future.
What is your tennis dream?
My dream is to win all the Grand Slam tournaments, become World No. 1, and leave my mark in tennis history. I also want to create an academy where underprivileged children can train and receive support.
Which player would you most like to meet and why?
My favorite players are Justine Henin and Serena Williams in womenโ€™s tennis, and Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal in menโ€™s tennis. My dad often shows me their matches, and I learn from them.
