My name is Lara Abou. I am 10 years old and was born on June 26, 2015. I am Paraguayan and live in Asunción, Paraguay.
What languages do you speak?
I speak Spanish and I can also speak English.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was 3 years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
No, there are no other tennis players in my family.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at the National Sports Secretariat of Paraguay.
What is your coaching team?
My tennis coach is Rodrigo Zaracho, and my fitness coach is Rolando Cabrera.
What is your weekly training routine?
I train five days a week. My tennis sessions run from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by physical training from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My greatest strength is my discipline. I would like to improve my attitude on the court and continue growing as a player.
What is your age category and national ranking?
I compete in both the Girls U12 and Girls U14 categories. My national ranking is approximately between No. 14 and No. 18 in the U12 category, and I am ranked No. 42 in the U14 category.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
Some of my greatest achievements include competing in G1, G2, and G3 tournaments and playing in the U14 category at only 10 years old.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
So far, I have only played tournaments in Paraguay.

No, I do not have any sponsors yet.
What is your goal for 2026?
My goal for 2026 is to win a G1 tournament and become part of the Top 10 nationally in the Girls U12 category.
What is your tennis dream?
My dream is to compete in a Grand Slam tournament and represent my country at the highest level.

I would like to meet Jannik Sinner because he always has a great attitude on the court.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
Outside of tennis, I enjoy spending time with my family and my friends.
