My name is Guadalupe Monserrat Ramirez Carreras. I am 14 years old and I was born on May 30, 2012. I am Paraguayan. I was born in Encarnación, but I currently live in Asunción, Paraguay.
What languages do you speak?
I speak Spanish and English.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was 8 years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
No, there are no other tennis players in my family.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at Asunción Tennis Club.
What is your coaching team?
My team includes my mother, Yaned Marlene Carreras Hein, my tennis coaches and physical trainers.
What is your weekly training routine?
In the morning, I train tennis from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. In the afternoon, I go to the gym from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, then train tennis from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by physical training.
What is your greatest strength as a player?
My strengths are that I am mentally strong, very fast, and feel confident with all my shots.
What is your age category and ranking?
I am ranked No. 1 in the 14-year-old category and No. 2 in the 16-year-old category in Paraguay.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
I have achieved a very good ranking, secured several sponsors, competed at the South American Championship, and played in the COSAT Cup.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
I have played tournaments in Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay.

What is your goal for 2026?
My goals are to win COSAT tournaments, travel to more tournaments, improve my COSAT ranking, and continue finding sponsorship support. I had also set the goal of competing in the COSAT Cup and the South American Championship, and I have already achieved that.
What is your tennis dream?
My dream is to win Grand Slam tournaments, become World No. 1, and represent my country.
Which players would you most like to meet and why?
I would like to meet Aryna Sabalenka, Rafael Nadal, and Novak Djokovic because they are my idols and I love their playing styles.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
Outside of tennis, I enjoy painting, listening to music, doing makeup, and drawing.
