What is your name, birthdate, nationality, residence?
My name is Eya Seboui. I was born on June 16, 2014. I am Tunisian and I live in Tunis, Tunisia.
What languages ​​do you speak?
I speak Arabic, French, English, and Spanish.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis at the age of four.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
Yes, my sister Dorra plays tennis. She is seven years old.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at Tennis Club La Marsa in Tunisia.
Who are your coaches?
My tennis coach is Amine Souayah. My fitness coach is Mr. Dhia Eddine Ouedfen, and my mental coach is Eya Fahmia. I would also like to give a special mention to my former fitness coach, Ghaith Mannai, who played an important role in my development and is currently living in Germany. I am very grateful for all his support and hard work.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My greatest strength is my attacking game. I am working hard to improve my serve and become a more complete player.
What is your age category and national ranking?
I compete in the U12 category, and I am currently ranked No. 5 nationally.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
My greatest successes so far include winning national U12 tournaments, earning a place in the Tunisian National Team, and competing in international tournaments.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
I have played tournaments in Tunisia, Algeria, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.
What equipment brands do you currently use (racket, string, shoes, clothing…), and are you sponsored by any of them?
I use Dunlop rackets and clothing, and I wear ASICS shoes. Dunlop is my sponsor.
What is your next goal?
My next goal is to win the Tunisian National Championship.
What is your tennis dream?
My biggest dream is to play at Wimbledon one day.
Who is your favorite player and why?
My favorite player is Iga Świątek because I really admire her playing style, her determination, and the way she competes.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
Outside of tennis, I enjoy painting and expressing my creativity.
