My name is Elizaveta Gladysheva. I am 13 years old and I was born on November 12, 2012. I am Russian and I live in Moscow, Russia.
What languages do you speak?
Russian is my native language, and I also speak basic English.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was five years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
Yes, my younger brother is also a tennis player.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at Moscow Tennis Academy (MTA).
What is your coaching team?
My coach is Egor Romanovich Shutov.
What is your weekly training routine?

What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My greatest strength is my fighting spirit. I always fight for every point until the end. Technically, my biggest weapon is my crosscourt forehand, and I am currently working hard to improve my backhand.
What is your age category and national ranking?
I compete in the Under-15 category. My current Russian Tennis Tour ranking is lower than my actual level because of a temporary break, but I am fully focused on making a strong comeback this season.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
I hold the 3rd Adult Sports Rank. My recent achievements include winning first place at the tournament in Voskresensk and finishing second at the tournament in Nakhabino.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
So far, I have only competed in tournaments across Russia.
Do you have any sponsors?
I do not have an official sponsor yet, but I am currently looking for reliable partners for the upcoming season.
What is your goal for 2026?
My goals for 2026 are to break into the Top 200 of the national Russian Tennis Tour ranking, start competing in Tennis Europe tournaments, and sign my first sponsorship contract.
What is your tennis dream?
My biggest tennis dream is to complete the Career Grand Slam and win all four Grand Slam tournaments.
Which player would you most like to meet and why?
My favorite player is Novak Djokovic because he is incredibly determined, focused, and never gives up, no matter the score.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
Outside of tennis, I really love drawing and playing board games with my brother.
