My name is Alonso Miranda. I am 10 years old, born on January 18, 2016. I am Ecuadorian and I live in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
What languages do you speak?
I speak Spanish.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was 4 years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
My mom played tennis when she was younger, but only as a hobby.
In which tennis club do you train?
I train at the Anexo del Guayaquil Tenis Club.
What is your coaching team?
I train at Academia Gómez Viver, founded by Andrés Gómez, Roland Garros champion, and Raúl Viver, captain of the Ecuador Davis Cup team.
What is your weekly training routine?
I train tennis from Monday to Friday from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, followed by physical training from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. On weekends, I sometimes have private training sessions.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My greatest strengths are my endurance and physical condition. I need to improve my mental game.
What is your age category and national ranking?
I compete in the U10 category and I am currently ranked No. 1 nationally in Ecuador.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
My achievements include winning doubles at Little Mo 2025 in Palm Beach, becoming U10 National Champion 2025 in Cuenca, and finishing runner-up in doubles at the U12 National Championship 2026.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
I have played tournaments in Ecuador, Colombia, and the United States.

What is your goal for 2026?
My goal for 2026 is to reach the Top 20 in the U12 category.
What is your tennis dream?
My dream is to go as far as my abilities allow and give everything I have, both physically and mentally.

I would like to meet Novak Djokovic because I like his style of play and his calmness on court.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
Outside of tennis, I enjoy playing football.
