Hello, introduce yourself please.

Good afternoon. My name is Salome Ladino Estrada, I am 12 years old, I was born on January 27, 2014.
I am Colombian and I live in Pereira, Colombia.

What languages do you speak?

Spanish.

At what age did you start playing tennis?

At 10 and a half years old.

Are there other tennis players in your family?

My dad is a tennis coach, as are some uncles and a cousin.

In which club do you train?

Club del Comercio Pereira.

Who are your coaches?

My coach is my dad, Carlos Ladino.

What is your weekly training routine?

10 hours of tennis per week and 5 hours of physical training.

What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?

My strength is my speed, and I need to improve my volley.

What is your age category and your national ranking?

I play in U12 Girls and my national ranking is #5.

What have been your greatest successes so far?
  • champion of the 2025 Chiquitines Tournament, 12-year-old yellow ball category
  • semifinalist in the 2025 G1 Bogotá tournament
  • finalist in the 2025 G1 Bogotá doubles tournament, among others

Colombia.
