Hello, introduce yourself please.

My name is Kira Zolotareva, I was born on June 26, 2012 and I live Sochi, Russia.

What languages do you speak?

I speak a little English and Russian.

At what age did you start playing tennis?

I started playing tennis at age 6.

Are there other tennis players in your family?

My two older sisters play tennis: Anastasia Zolotareva (born in 2002, ranked 296th in the WTA rankings) and Rada Zolotareva (born in 2008, ranked 17th in the ITF rankings). My younger brother, Vladimir Zolotareva (born in 2017), is a beginner.

In which club do you train?

We currently train in Serbia and sometimes in Russia.

Who are your coaches?

My coaching team consists of my father and a coach from the club.

What is your weekly training routine?

What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?

I think my strengths are reliability and patience.

What is your age category and your national ranking?

I’m not very highly ranked nationally, around 120th place, because I participate in very few Russian tournaments.

What have been your greatest successes so far?

My best results are 3 or 4 doubles finals at Tennis Europe tournaments and one victory in Russian competitions for players under 17 in singles.

In which countries have you played tournaments?

I’m not very highly ranked nationally, around 120th, because I participate in very few Russian tournaments. TE: 135th.

My favorite tennis player is Carlos Alcaraz.
