Hello, introduce yourself please.

My name is Yule Park, I am 9 years old, I was born on April 7, 2017.
I’m South Korean and I live in Incheon, Republic of Korea.

What languages do you speak?

Korean, English (I began studying English^^).

At what age did you start playing tennis?

I began learning tennis at the age of 9 (7 month ago).

Are there other tennis players in your family?

My aunt is a national tennis player.

Which club do you train with?

Bucheon Tennis Academy

Who are your coaches?

My coaches are Yong-Bum Seo, In-Sub Lee, Hyung-Min Kim, Wilfredo Gonzalez, Seung-Hyun Kim, Seo-Yeon Lee, Su-Hyun Lee.

What is your weekly training routine?

I don’t train on weekends now. So I do various hobbies on weekends. For example, playing musical instruments, climbing, and having fun with friends

What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?

I learned rhythmic gymnastics for about five years before I started playing tennis. So I think flexibility and agility in handling the ball are the strong points I have and there are so many things to improve. Now that I’ve started, I believe that everything will improve little by little every day if I exercise hard while enjoying myself.

What is your tennis category and national ranking?

My Junior ranking is 168th in Korea.

What has been your greatest achievement so far?

Six months after I started playing tennis, I ranked 3rd in the Korean Open International (U12)

In which countries have you played tournaments?

I have no tournament experience in other countries yet.

Do you have any sponsors?

I don’t have a sponsor yet.

What is your goal for 2026?

I will be a good performance in the first competition to be held in Jeju Island next year.

What is your tennis dream?

My dream is to become a national tennis player and win Wimbledon.

Who are your favorite tennis players?

My favorite tennis player is Jannick Sinner.

What do you enjoy outside of tennis?

I like climbing and playing instruments (piano, violin).

Who would you like to dedicate this interview to?

I want to dedicate my whole life to my parents for me.
