Kütahya is a historic city in western Turkey, known for its ceramics, tiles, and pottery 🎨. The tradition of making colorful Kütahya tiles goes back hundreds of years.

• The city has many Ottoman-era mosques, houses, and castles, showing its long history. 🕌🏰
• Kütahya sits near thermal springs, so it’s also famous for its hot baths and spas. 💧🛁
• The surrounding area is green and mountainous, great for nature lovers. 🌳⛰️
• It’s sometimes called the “city of tiles” because of its beautiful handcrafted ceramics. 🏺✨

We are the twins Deniz & Doga Urer, we are 10 years old, born in 2015.
We are Turkish and we live in Antalya, Turkey.

At what age did you start playing tennis?
At age 8 in 2023.

Are there other tennis players in your family?
No

In which club do you train tennis?
DPU Spor Kulübü in Kütahya and Corendon Tennis Club in Antalya.

Metin Dut & Enes Soylu

How many hours a week do you train tennis and do physical training?
8-10 hours

What are your best tennis performances?

What is your tennis dream?
Our biggest dream is to play in the Grand Slam and win the trophy.

• Long-term (dreaming of a Grand Slam championship).
• Short-term (making it into the top 10 in Turkey, regularly participating in national tournaments).
• Medium-term (playing in ITF junior tournaments).

Who are your favorite tennis players?
We usually watch famous tennis players’ important moments after matches.
My favorite tennis players are Zeynep Sönmez and Jannik Sinner.

What do you like to do outside of tennis?
Playing the piano, swimming, and reading books.
