Hello, introduce yourself please.My name is Tithania Christy Tamaela. I’m 13 years old and I live in Depok, Indonesia.
What languages do you speak?I speak Indonesian.
At what age did you start playing tennis?I started playing tennis when I was 9 years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?No, there aren’t.
In which club do you train?I train privately.
Who are your coaches?My coach is Pakde Didik.
What is your weekly training routine?I train four times a week.
As an athlete, what is your greatest quality and what do you need to improve?I do morning workouts regularly, including skipping and resistance training.
What is your junior category and your national ranking?Under-14 (U14).
What has been your greatest achievement?I’ve been able to overcome my laziness.
In which countries have you already played tournament?I’ve competed in Indonesia.

What is your goal for 2026?To compete in various tournaments.
