Hello, introduce yourself please.

Hi! My name is Tereza Svobodová, I’m 13 years old, I was born on March 6, 2012.
I live in Český Krumlov, Czech Republic.

What languages do you speak?

Czech, English and a little Spanish.

At what age did you start playing tennis?

At age of 6.

Are there other tennis players in your family?

No.

In which club do you train?

LTC Viton České Budějovice.

Who are your coaches?

–

What is your weekly training routine?

2-3 hours a day.

As an athlete, what is your greatest quality and what do you need to improve?

My greatest quality is my power and I need to improve maybe my movement on the court.

What is your junior category and your national ranking?

Category U14, and I’m #16 in Czech Republic.

What has been your greatest achievement?

Probably the regional championships (Southern Bohemian). I think I won them about five times.

In which countries have you already played tournament?

Only in Czech Republic.

Do you have any sponsors?

No, but I would like to get them.

What is your goal for 2026?

To reach the national championship (the whole Republic) and get a sponsor.

What is your tennis dream?

I dream of playing the WTA tour.

Who are your favorite tennis players?

Aryna Sabalenka.

What do you like to do outside of tennis?

Going out with friends.

To which people would you like to dedicate this interview?

I don’t know, maybe for the children who decide to start with tennis.
