Hello, introduce yourself please.
My name is Sofia Motrinets. I am 13 years old. I was born on June 22, 2012. I am Russian, I was born in Kirov, and I currently live in Sochi.
What languages do you speak?
I speak Russian and English.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was 4 years old.
What is your training routine?
I train every day except Sunday.
What are your strengths as a player?
My strengths are my serve and my backhand, and of course working hard on all elements every day.
What is your current level and ranking?
I am a member of the Krasnodar Territory national team, and I have a first adult category.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
I play tournaments in Russia and have also played in Belarus.
What is your main tennis dream?
My main dream is to become the world No.1 and make my name in the history of tennis.
Which players would you like to meet and why?
I would really like to meet Arina Sabalenka and Novak Djokovic because they are the best, and I think they have a lot to share with juniors—their experience, emotions, and tips.
What do you enjoy doing outside of tennis?
I like to spend time with myself, listen to music, and also study and learn languages.
