Hello, introduce yourself please.Hello, my name is Sofia Gallyamova, I am 13 years old, I was born on May 13, 2012, and I live in Yekaterinburg, Russia.
What languages do you speak?I speak Russian and a little English.
At what age did you start playing tennis?At the age of 6.
Are there other tennis players in your family?I was the first in my family to play tennis, but my little sister plays now too.
In which club do you train?At the “Luna” Tennis Club.
Who are your coaches?I have a tennis coach and a table tennis coach.
What is your weekly training routine?I train every day except Sunday, 2 to 3 times a day.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?I have a good serve, but I think I need to improve my backhand.
What is your age category and your national ranking?I participate in tournaments in the under-15 category.
What have been your greatest successes so far?–
In which countries have you played tournaments?Russia and Belarus.
Do you have any sponsors?Unfortunately, I don’t have a sponsor.
What is your goal for 2026?My goal is to reach the national top 30, participate in TE and ITF tournaments, and travel internationally.
What is your tennis dream?I dream of playing professionally on the WTA tour and winning a Grand Slam.
Who are your favorite tennis players?I admire Aryna Sabalenka, Carlos Alcaraz, and Novak Djokovic.
What do you enjoy outside of tennis?When I have free time, I like to unleash my creativity.
