Hello, introduce yourself please.
Hi! My name is Caniusin Sofia, I’m 11 years old, born on September 23, 2013.
I’m from Moldova, and I live in Chișinău.At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was 6 years old.Are there other tennis players in your family?
No, I’m the first tennis player in my family, but now they are all my biggest fans!What is your club?
I train at Şcoala Sportivă Specializată de Tenis.Who is your coach?
My coach is Adrian Toderascu.How many hours a week do you train tennis and do physical training?
I train around 7 hours of tennis every week. I also do physical training separately when I can.Do you have any sponsors?
Not yet, but I hope to find one soon!What racket do you play with?
I play with a Tecnifibre TFight racket.What is your junior category, what is your national ranking, what are your best results?
I play in the U12 category. I’m currently ranked #2 in Moldova.
I’ve had some great results this year:

- 🥈 Finalist in Bistrița Open U12 Doubles
- 🥈 2nd place in both singles and doubles at Biotehnos Series Cup U12

So far I’ve played in Romania, Turkey, and the Czech Republic.What is your tennis dream?
My biggest dream is to play like Aryna Sabalenka, to reach the Top 10, to win a Grand Slam, and to show that a Moldovan player can do that too!Who are your favorite male and female tennis players?
