My name is Pierina Fayruz Mendoza Ibanez. I am 14 years old, I was born on December 9, 2011, and I live in Lima.
What languages do you speak?
I can speak Spanish and English.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis at 6 years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
My parents play tennis as amateurs.
In which club do you train?
I train at Lawn Tennis.
What is your coaching team?
My individual coach is Willy Quispe, and the Lawn coaches are Duglas and Juan. I also do physical preparation at the Performance gym.
What is your weekly training routine?
I train 3 days at Lawn Tennis and 2 days individually, and I go to the gym 4 days a week.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My greatest strength is my serve because it is strong, and I could improve my mental strength.
What is your age category and your national ranking?
My category is U16, although I also play U18. In my category, I am ranked No.15.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
Champion and finalist in several non-federated tournaments. Finalist in doubles in the U14 and U16 categories of the Peruvian Tennis Federation. Finalist in the COSAT G4 U16 tournament in Chiclayo, Peru.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
Only in Peru.

What is your goal for 2026?
To finish in the Top 5 of the U16 category.
What is your tennis dream?
My dream in tennis is to reach big tournaments like the Grand Slams.

I would like to meet Roger Federer in person because he is an idol for me.

I like playing the drums and drawing.
