Hello, introduce yourself please.
Hi, my name is Penelope Di Concetto. I’m 11 years old and was born on January 5, 2014.
I’m Italian and live in Fermo, in the Marche region.

At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was about 8 or 9 years old.

Are there other tennis players in your family?
I have a 17-year-old sister who plays tennis.

What is your club?
The club I play for is MTA Pro Team in Jesi.

Who is your coach?
My coaches are Massimiliano Albarella and Paolo Ticà.

How many hours a week do you train tennis and do physical training?
I train 5 days a week for about 3 hours a day, 2 of which are tennis and 1 hour of athletic training.

Do you have any sponsors?
My sponsors are Wilson and Lotto.

What racket do you play with?
My racket is a Wilson Blade.

What are your best results so far and your national ranking?
Under 11
My national ranking is 3.3.
I won several Next Gen Junior tournaments and reached the semifinals of the national masters in Turin.
I’ve been regional champion for two consecutive years in both singles and team competitions.

In which countries have you ever been to play tennis?
Italy

What is your tennis dream?
My dream is to be among the top 10 in the world.

Who are your favorite male and female tennis players?
My favorite male player is Alcaraz, and my favorite female player is Sabalenka.
