Hello, introduce yourself please.
My name is Olivia López, I’m 10 years old, I was born on April 18, 2015.
I live in Málaga, Spain.

At what age did you start playing tennis?
4 years old

Are there other tennis players in your family?
No

What is your club?
Rincón Tennis Club and Ultra Academy

Who are your coaches?
Alfonso Muela and David García

How many hours a week do you train tennis and do physical training?
I train around 15 hours a week and do 3 hours of physical preparation.

Do you pay attention to your diet, food and drink?
Yes! Nutrition is huge for me. I eat protein to build muscles, carbs for energy, and keep my meals clean for top performance. I drink a lot of water, coconut water, and use Redmond’s electrolytes — especially since I train at high altitude.

What is your junior category and your national ranking?
I play in the U10 category in national tournaments and in the U12 category in provincial tournaments.
My current national ranking is 4th in Spain in 2015.

What are your best performances?
My best results this year are:
