Hello, introduce yourself please.

Hi, I’m Lucila Marrella, I’m 14 years old, I’m Argentinian, and I turned 14 on November 18, 2011.

What languages do you speak?

I speak Spanish and a little bit of English and French.

At what age did you start playing tennis?

I’ve been playing tennis since I was 6 years old.

Are there other tennis players in your family?

Yes, my brother and my dad also play.

In which club do you train?

I train at the Academia Brzezicki Tenis.

Who are your coaches?

My coaches are Rodri, Ivan, Juan, Mati, Eti, and Leo for physical conditioning.

What is your weekly training routine?

I play tennis from Monday to Friday, from 3 to 6 pm.

As an athlete, what is your greatest quality and what do you need to improve?

I think my best asset is my physique, and I need to improve my serve.

What is your junior category and your national ranking?

I’m under 14 years old and ranked 16th.

What has been your greatest achievement?

I think my greatest success was reaching the semifinals of a national tournament.

In which countries have you already played tournament?

As far as I remember, I only played in Uruguay.

Do you have any sponsors?

No, I don’t have any sponsors.

What is your goal for 2026?

My goal for 2026 is to play tennis and try to play and win matches.

What is your tennis dream?

I would like to be a professional tennis player.

Who are your favorite tennis players?

Without a doubt, Rafa is the best.

What do you like to do outside of tennis?

Before playing tennis, I played soccer.

To which people would you like to dedicate this interview?

I want to dedicate this to my whole family: grandparents, uncles, and everyone who supports me.
