Hello, introduce yourself please.My name is Juana Casas Sierra, I was born on January 26, 2010.
I am Colombian, living in Bogotá, Colombia.What languages do you speak?Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
At what age did you start playing tennis?At age 5.
Are there other tennis players in your family?My uncles are my coaches, and my sister plays recreational tennis.
In which club do you train?At the Academia de Tenis Rincón.
Who are your coaches?Wilson and Edison Rincón.
What is your weekly training routine?I do physical training from 7 to 8 a.m., I train tennis from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 to 4 p.m., and I finish by doing physical training from 6 to 7 p.m.
As an athlete, what is your greatest quality and what do you need to improve?My greatest strength is my discipline, and to improve, I think I need to further strengthen my mindset, because I believe that’s something you always need more of, even though I’m currently doing well.
What is your junior category and your national ranking?ITF ranking 1922, COSAT 46 in 16 years and national ranking 20 in 18 years.
What has been your greatest achievement?To see my defeats as learning experiences, not losses.
In which countries have you already played tournament?In Ecuador and Colombia.

What is your goal for 2026?My goal is to break into the ITF top 400 and be able to compete more internationally.

What do you like to do outside of tennis?I really enjoy reading and playing the violin.
