Hello, introduce yourself please.

My name is Jan Staniaszek. I am 11 years old and I was born on March 3, 2015. I am Polish and I live in Łódź, Poland.

What languages do you speak?

I speak Polish.

At what age did you start playing tennis?

I started playing tennis when I was 5 years old.

Are there other tennis players in your family?

Yes, my dad also likes playing tennis.

In which club do you train?

I train at AZS Łódź tennis club.

Who are your coaches?

My coaching team includes coach Michał Sikorski, Marta Malinowska, and Teresa Dobija.

What is your weekly training routine?

I train several times a week, focusing on tennis technique and improving my skills.

What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?

My greatest strength is my forehand. I still need to improve my backhand and many other things because I am still a young player.

What is your age category and national ranking?

I play in the U12 category and I am ranked 116th in the national ranking because I have only recently started competing.

What have been your greatest successes so far?

My greatest success so far is winning first place in a national tournament.

In which countries have you played tournaments?

So far, I have only played tournaments in Poland.

Do you have any sponsors?

No, I do not have any sponsors.

What is your goal for 2026?

My goal for 2026 is to win a national tournament and become a better tennis player.

What is your tennis dream?

My tennis dream is to play against Carlos Alcaraz in the final of Roland-Garros one day.

Who are your favorite tennis players?

My favorite tennis player is Carlos Alcaraz.

What do you enjoy outside of tennis?

Outside of tennis, I enjoy playing football and spending time with my friends.
