Hello, introduce yourself please.My name is Ivanna Victoria Hurtado, I am 9 years old, and I was born on September 29, 2016.
I am Ecuadorian, and I live in Katy, Texas, USA.What languages do you speak?Spanish
At what age did you start playing tennis?At 5 years old
Are there other tennis players in your family?My uncles played tennis for fun.
In which club do you train?I train at INDAVEC Tennis Academy.
Who are your coaches?Miguel, a Venezuelan coach.
What is your weekly training routine?I train 3 days a week for hours — one hour of training and one hour of physical conditioning each day.
As an athlete, what is your greatest quality and what do you need to improve?My greatest quality is my discipline… and I need to improve my movement in the game.
What is your junior category and your national ranking?I don’t have a ranking yet because I just arrived in this country (USA).
What has been your greatest achievement?Participation in different tournaments in my country (Ecuador).
In which countries have you already played tournament?I played 2 tournaments in Ecuador.
Do you have any sponsors?No.
What is your goal for 2026?To be able to play many tournaments here in the USA, to get a ranking and continue improving.
What is your tennis dream?To be a professional tennis player and win many tournaments.
Who are your favorite tennis players?Carlos Alcaraz and Nole (Novak Djokovic).
What do you like to do outside of tennis?Skating, reading, going to the park to play with my friends.
