Hello, introduce yourself please.Hi, my name is Fabianna Nadal. I’m 13 years old, I was born in May 2012. I’m Venezuelan and I live in Caracas, Venezuela.
What languages do you speak?I speak two languages: English and Spanish.
At what age did you start playing tennis?I started playing tennis when I was 4 years old. I stopped when I was 6 because I wanted to try another sport, but I came back when I was 8.
Are there other tennis players in your family?In my family, there are three tennis players besides me: my mom, my dad, and my grandfather.
In which club do you train?I train at the National Tennis Center, at the Academia de Tenis Román Recarte.
Who are your coaches?My coaches are Román Recarte (the academy director), Miguel Prepo, Daniel Omaña, Bryan Burke, Yailin Salas, and Mancho Recarte.
What is your weekly training routine?My weekly routine is as follows: On Mondays and Wednesdays, I train from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. I have lunch and rest until 4:30 PM, when I start another training session until 8:00 PM. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I study from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM, then I do physical training from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. I have lunch and rest until 4:30 PM, when I start training until 8:00 PM. On Fridays, I study all day until 4:30 PM, when I start training until 8:00 PM. On Saturdays, I train from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?My greatest strength is my backhand in all its aspects, and something I need to improve is hitting a high ball with topspin.
What is your age category and your national ranking?My age category is U14 and my national ranking is 11.
What have been your greatest successes so far?My greatest achievement has been reaching the Masters two years in a row.
In which countries have you played tournaments?I’ve only played tournaments in Venezuela, but I hope to tour internationally soon.
Do you have any sponsors?I don’t have any sponsors.
What is your goal for 2026?My goal for 2026 is to tour extensively, earn ranking points abroad, and break into the top three.
What is your tennis dream?My dream is to become a professional tennis player and play at Wimbledon and Roland-Garros.
Who are your favorite tennis players?My favorite players are Aryna Sabalenka and Carlos Alcaraz, but my all-time favorite tennis player is Rafael Nadal.
What do you enjoy outside of tennis?Besides tennis, I love modeling and doing any kind of extreme sport.
