My name is Erekle Kirvalidze, I am 10 years old. I was born on July 21, 2015.
I am Georgian and I live in Tbilisi, Georgia.What languages do you speak?
I speak Georgian and English, and I am currently learning German.At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was 6 years old. But I decided to become a tennis player when
I was just 3 years old. One day, I accidentally saw a tennis match on TV — it was Novak
Djokovic playing against Denis Shapovalov. I couldn’t stop watching. Djokovic inspired me so
much, and I still remember that moment clearly to this day. From that moment, I knew that
tennis was going to be my life.Are there other tennis players in your family?
No one in my family played tennis before, and they didn’t even watch tennis. But when I decided that tennis is my life, my father started learning tennis to support me.In which club do you train tennis?
I train at Mziuri Tennis Club.Who is your tennis coach?
My coaches are Tatia Mikadze and my father.What is your weekly training routine?
I train 2 to 3 hours every day.What is your best shot and things you need to improve?
My best shot is my forehand. I want to improve my movement on the court.What is your junior tennis category and your national tennis ranking?
I play in the 2015 age category and I am currently ranked number 1 in Georgia for my age.What are your best tennis results?
This year I won the Ten-Pro Global Junior Tour for the 2015 age group, and I was runner-up in the 2014 age group.
I also reached the doubles semifinal at a Tennis Europe tournament.In which countries have you already participated in tennis tournaments?
I haven’t played abroad yet.What is the first country you dream of playing in?
The first country I dream of playing in is the United Statesof America.Do you have any sponsors?
