🎙️Emma Hoskins | Interview, June 2025
I’m 10 years old and I live in El Dorado Hills, California. I was born on December 2nd, 2014 and I was born in Salt Lake City, Utah.
I started playing when I was 8 years old and I’ve been playing more competitively in the last year and a half. I chose this sport because it’s competitive and non-contract and it’s also a mental game, not just physical. And I do not play any other sports. I used to play other sports. I used to play gymnastics, ballet, soccer, basketball, track, swimming.
And I train for four hours a day for five days a week, and I compete on the weekends.
And I train with Coach Kayvon, and my best result is when I won an L6 14-Niner.
And my dream is to be a professional tennis player.
My favorite women’s player is Coco Gauff who just won the French Open and my favorite men player is Taylor Fritz.
I also really like watching Rafa Nadal. Thank you!
