Hello, introduce yourself please.

My name is Duru Mırız, I am 12 years old, I was born on December 3, 2013.
I’m Turkish.

What languages do you speak?

I speak Turkish and English.

At what age did you start playing tennis?

I started playing tennis at the age of 5.

Are there other tennis players in your family?

There are no tennis players in my family.

In which club do you train?

I am not affiliated with a tennis club, I train on a private court.

Who are your coaches?

My coaches are Volkan and Tolga.

What is your weekly training routine?

My weekly training program consists of going to tennis in the morning and then again in the afternoon.

As an athlete, what is your greatest quality and what do you need to improve?

My greatest quality is my winning spirit and I need to improve my mental game.

What is your junior category and your national ranking?

I don’t have a ranking.

What has been your greatest achievement?

My greatest achievements are winning the Turkish championship with the Turkish national team and qualifying for the final stages of the summer cups.

In which countries have you already played tournament?

I have played in Turkey, France, the Netherlands, Georgia, and Corsica.

Do you have any sponsors?

I don’t have any sponsors.

What is your goal for 2026?

My goal is to be ranked in the top 10.

What is your tennis dream?

My dream is to win Wimbledon.

Who are your favorite tennis players?

My favorite tennis player is Aryna Sabalenka.

What do you like to do outside of tennis?

I like listening to music.
